Overview

Boreham Motorworks is a specialized automotive manufacturer focused on the design, manufacture, and distribution of officially licensed 'remastered' and continuation series of iconic Ford performance vehicles. Operating under a global license agreement with Ford Motor Company, the brand targets the ultra-high-end collector market by blending historic motorsport heritage with modern engineering standards.

History

Boreham Motorworks was officially launched in 2024 as a flagship brand within the DRVN Automotive Group. The company's name pays homage to Boreham Airfield in Essex, England, which served as the legendary home of Ford Motorsport between 1963 and 2003. This site was the birthplace of iconic racing machines including the Ford GT40, the RS200, and various championship-winning Escort models. The brand was established to preserve this legacy through a formal partnership with Ford, granting them access to original blueprints and technical data. The inaugural announcement for the brand centered on the 40th anniversary of the Ford RS200. Boreham Motorworks committed to producing an entirely new, ground-up 'remastered' version of the Group B icon, featuring a carbon-fiber body and modern drivetrain while retaining the original's silhouette. Simultaneously, they announced a continuation series for the Ford Escort MK1, emphasizing period-correct authenticity combined with modern build precision. As part of the DRVN Automotive Group, Boreham leverages an established ecosystem of automotive excellence, including specialized engineering, luxury vehicle retail, and restoration services. By 2025, the company began expanding its global presence, focusing on limited-production runs that are eligible for inclusion in the exclusive 'Boreham High Performance Club.' This club serves to provide owners with unique driving experiences and access to Ford's motorsport archives.
