Overview

Czinger Vehicles is an American boutique manufacturer of ultra-high-performance hypercars based in Los Angeles, California. The company is a pioneer in the automotive industry for its integration of AI-driven generative design and 3D printing (additive manufacturing) to produce vehicles with extreme power-to-weight ratios.

History

Founded in 2019 by Kevin and Lukas Czinger, the company serves as the high-performance automotive brand for Divergent Technologies. It utilizes the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) to design and manufacture structural components without traditional tooling. The brand's debut model, the 21C, was introduced in 2020 featuring a unique tandem seating layout and a proprietary hybrid powertrain. In 2021, the 21C gained significant attention by breaking the production car lap record at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, followed by another record at Circuit of the Americas. These achievements validated the company's claim that its 3D-printed structures could withstand the extreme stresses of high-downforce track driving. During this time, the company expanded its engineering team and solidified its manufacturing base in Southern California. In 2022, Czinger unveiled the 21C V Max, a long-tail version of its hypercar optimized for top speed and aerodynamic efficiency, as well as the Hyper GT concept. The company has since focused on delivering the limited production run of 80 units for the 21C while expanding its global dealer network. By 2024, Czinger has established itself as a leader in the application of digital manufacturing for the automotive sector.
