Overview
The Gordon Murray Automotive T.50 is the spiritual successor to the McLaren F1, designed by the same legendary Gordon Murray. Limited to just 100 units, the T.50 represents the purest expression of driving pleasure with a focus on lightweight engineering, naturally aspirated power, and analog driving experience. It features a revolutionary fan-assisted aerodynamics system and the highest-revving road car engine ever made.

Legacy & Impact
With a price tag of £2.36 million and all 100 units sold before the first car was built, the T.50 represents the pinnacle of analog supercar engineering. Gordon Murray calls it his 'fan car for the road' and his greatest achievement. The T.50s Niki Lauda track variant produces 725bhp and weighs even less. The T.50 stands as a defiant celebration of naturally aspirated engines and manual transmissions in an increasingly electric and automated automotive world.

Bonded CFRP sandwich with aluminium honeycomb core
Multi-part bonded carbon-fibre sandwich monocoque with an aluminium honeycomb core and carbon or metallic inserts; central driving position. OEM technical specification names the construction, not the fabricator. Trade press attribution (PES Media, 5 Aug 2020): UK-based Formaplex constructed the T.50 monocoque; later coverage notes GMA bringing some carbon production in-house at its own facility. Previous Autotrayce link used slug gma-composites, which has no Supplier profile — replaced with formaplex. Source: Read more ; Read more
