Announced 1 October 2026 at Gaydon with a world debut at Aston Martin’s Q London venue on Berkeley Square, the DBX GT is the comfort- and luxury-focused counterpart to the performance-oriented DBX S. It uses the same 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 as DBX S (727 PS, 900 Nm) with GT-specific chassis damper valves, retuned throttle and 9-speed wet-clutch gearbox calibration, Valhalla-derived transmission mounts, standard panoramic glass roof, and cabin acoustic measures that Aston Martin says deliver a ~13% Articulation Index gain. Carbon-ceramic brakes (420 mm front / 390 mm rear) and the DBX S faster steering ratio are carried over. First customer deliveries are scheduled for Q4 2026. OEM has not disclosed pricing or planned volumes. Trade press (Car and Driver) reports the DBX707 exits the 2027 lineup as GT and S continue — treated as Reported, not OEM-confirmed succession.

A carbon fibre Monocage II-S monocoque adds a bespoke carbon upper structure for the composite Retractable Hard Top (opens in under 11 seconds at up to 31 mph) and carbon rollover protection, with no extra reinforcement needed. Lightest dry weight 2,923 lb, only 108 lb more than the coupé; 0–62 mph 2.8 s, 0–124 mph 7.3 s, 206 mph top speed.
